Bible

Old Testament (9th Grade)
This is a course of study whereby the student gains an understanding of the Old Testament. Students will study the books of the Old Testament. Students will also discuss major themes and characters of the Old Testament and gain a greater understanding of how the Bible is unified in its purpose and message. Students will study the nature of different genres found within the canon and learn basic principles of Bible study methods. 
 
New Testament (10th Grade)
This is a course of study whereby the student gains an understanding of the New Testament. Students will study the books of the New Testament to gain a greater understanding of how the Bible is unified in its purpose and message. Students will be familiar with major themes and content present in each book, as well as in the whole of the New Testament. Students will study the nature of different genres found within the canon and continue to develop basic principles of Bible study methods. 
 
Christian Theology (11th Grade)
This course study whereby the student studies the major doctrines of the Bible as understood by historic Christianity. This study is build on the foundation of the Apostles' Creed, as students carefully study the beliefs enumerated within that confession. The doctrines include God, the Bible, Man, Sin, Salvation, Christ, the Holy Spirit, Christian Living, the Church, and Future Events. The purpose is to develop a clear understanding of the Scriptures to the end that personal lives will be changed and reflect the life of Christ to the world. This course helps to prepare students to understand what Christians have always believed and why, as they are being prepared to engage the world.
 
Contemporary Worldviews (12th Grade)
 Contemporary Worldviews is an in-depth course that investigates and contrasts the ideologies of the world’s major worldviews, and how they impact our world, in light of the Word of God.
